Return & Refund Policy

At Forever Paws, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and unwashed (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items with pet hair, odors, or signs of use).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted:

  • We will send you return instructions and the address for the return shipment.

  • Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return; unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  • For a faster review, please include your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@foreverpawss.com. We will evaluate the issue and ensure your pet gets the quality product they deserve.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and health of all our furry customers, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of use (pet hair, dirt, or wear).

  • Perishable goods (such as treats or supplements).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the "unused and original packaging" requirements mentioned above.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
